Absolute terrible company

What a absolute horrendous company, to think it is normal practise is shocking. I am 7 months in now with a non fault accident, i have proof on connect app and emails of how poorly i have been dealt, to this very day i am just being told "waiting for update" from insurance yet insurance are stating otherwise. The call handlers get extremely rude over telephone. I strongly suggest you go through a viable claim centre as this company is appalling. Its a big scam and there in house engernier's are working to benefit FMG only.

I was contacted the day after my car was reversed into and arrangements were made for it to be collected and a replacement car reserved. I was updated on a regular basis by text, and whenever I phoned(I've not had any experience of the process) I was treated with kindness and reassured. The repairs were done to a high standard in the time they said.I was able to drop off the hire car and pick mine up.Can't believe how easy the whole process was, thank you to everyone involved.

I had an incident with my wing mirror…

I had an incident with my wing mirror damaged. Contacting FMG brilliant the call handler helped me locate the area of the incident and helped me through the steps and what would happen. I was kept informed by all parties. Repairs were at my convenience.Job well done.

Very pleased with my experience with FMG. Everything was dealt with in a very efficient, friendly and professional manner with excellent communication throughout the whole process. The quality of the repair was excellent and the car was returned in showroom condition. I would have no problem recommending FMG.

Please don’t use these cowboys…

Please don’t use these absolute cowboys I had an accident on the 26th December 2024 I’m still waiting for a repair they been booked in 3 times and failed to do the repair, no information on hope to recover cost or personal injury. Kept getting told my case work will ring mr back and never does. They keep supplying me with the wrong information.
