Completed the work in two weeks.By that time, I had received a replacement car that fully met my expectations.The work was done very well. The information was always up to date and it is very nice to know what is happening with my car.Special thanks to Mr. Gabriel, he delivered the car to my house, which was wonderfully cleaned and washed.And his wonderful communication.
The garage did a great job of getting paint off most of my car (house paint was thrown all over my car) but they did leave paint on some of the plastic around the bottom of the car and the car came back with 2 scratches on the back wing, plus whoever fitted the new windscreen got the black glue on the drivers door and on the window which is very hard to remove, I only used them as it was a insurance jib otherwise I would of gone somewhere else
Dropped off my car on the Tuesday with a courtesy car at the ready. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was finished and ready to collect by Friday. It was like picking up a brand new car all repaired, shiny and clean. Thoroughly recommend FMG and if I ever have another bump I'm glad to know that's where my insurer will be sending me.
Very happy with all services provided by FMG in the unfortunate incident of an accident. Initial set up was quick, immediate response from FMG after insurance informed them of the accident. Communication was great, quick to book the repairs and exchange of the vehicles. Person collecting our car was kind and informative. Courtesy car was great - new, very clean & easy to drive. Repairs took 1 week with great communication and updates in between, and also quick to exchange cars back again. They even cleaned & valeted our car upon return too! Informative upon returning our car, including a 10yr warranty on the parts repaired as well. Overall, very happy with FMG.
