Car was repaired very quickly and with care. Was highly delighted when I picked my car up, that they had gone to the trouble to clean inside and out, and even to make the wheels look sparkling! The staff were really friendly, and kept me up to date with what was happening. Thank you very much, very recommended!
If you're reading these reviews, it's likely already too late. There is high probability you have been dealing with this outfit already via a 3rd party and now you're here trying to work out if they're legitimate.For over 6 months I have been having to deal with FMG for what was a very straight forward non-fault claim. 'THE DAMAGE REPAIR BOOKING'Assessed over the phone by someone with no vehicle/technical knowledge, FMG wanted me to attend to a 'wait you while repair' booking at a garage of an 84 mile round trip. With the extent of damage, it was impossible that my vehicle could have been repaired in a day. After fighting with them they finally see sense and booked me into a local bodyshop which took a more realistic 11 days to repair.I never received the courtesy car I ordered from FMG via their online system and was advised by them that it was the responsibility of the repairing bodyshop to provide one. Bodyshop strongly disagreed, spoke to FMG on my behalf but to no avail. The bodyshops feedback on this company was also far from positive.'THE EXCESS CLAIM'Always having to chase them for updates to which they either ignore emails, fob you off on the phone, or ask for numerous duplicate documents that have already been provided to them.Dealing with FMG has been painful, monotonous, and soul destroying.I still haven't received the excess payment although FMG state they have made via BACS transfer.No communication from FMG, now gone completely silent.This company will waste your time and drag you through a soul destroying process of incompetence.Avoid FMG if you want to retain some sanity.
Very friendly and polite when I contacted them. I had trouble with my insurers giving conflicting information but FMG were patient and polite in handling my replies. Everyone I had contact with at FMG was very friendly. My car was repaired and returned in the time span they quoted and there was no issue having a courtesy car.
Services from start to finish was outstanding. They kept me up to date with everything going on my car came back all fixed and they even cleaned it inside and out Excellent service. I would highly recommend FMG for all your car repairs. Thank you all at FMG.
