Staff were extremely professional, polite, courteous and friendly with me throughout the whole process and they constantly kept me updated on the status of the repairs. The repairs took slightly longer than expected, but this was due to a delay in one of the parts arriving, and Hastings Insurance arranged a superb courtesy car for me to have throughout the duration of the repairs process.
Were some communication issues but overall certainly happy with the repair, particularly with our local garage they selected which was excellent and with the courtesy car. The original courtesy car, supplied by the garage, wasn't suitable for our family needs and we appreciated the quick organisation of a larger hire car.
Easy to follow with what was going to happen next and with the progress of my repairs. It made a stressfull situation seem so easy going, calm and relaxed. My vehicle was repaired at my nearest FMG Repair Services branch in Leamington and the service was great and so was the speed and the quality of repair. I would 100% return if i was in another accident.
FMG repaired my vehicle in a week instead of the planned 11 working days so that was efficient of them. They communicated by phone initially and then texting and they were very responsive. After the works were completed, they returned my car after valeting it! That was a nice surprise to have a clean car returned to me! Really nice people deal with !
