Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. FMG connect are supposed to manage the claim. After me following up and complaining after 6 weeks, when no repair cost had been undertaken, they then failed to authorise repairs for a further 6 weeks despite repeated follow up by the repairing garage. They are the people responsible for managing the claim, but I am the one who is having to manage it. Given a choice, I will ensure that I have no contact with FMG connect ever again.

Excellent repair would use again

The car took a while to repair due to waiting for parts but I was kept informed of progress and any questions were answered honestly. I found FMG easy to deal with. The finished repair is good as new!

First Class Windscreen Replacement

First class service from the initial phone call polite, courteous and helpful staff. Arranged replacement windscreen for the next day. The technicians (Pat & Will) gave advance notice of their arrival and carried out a first class job. Were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Couldn't have been better. Thank you both for a first class job.Would highly recommend.
