I am reporting a case of systematic consumer deception. On March 5th, I purchased a pair of Puma Speedcats for €45, which were originally priced at €109.99. After holding my funds for 6 days, Foot Locker unilaterally cancelled the order due to "stock issues". This cancellation stripped me of a €65 price advantage that I legally secured.
This is clearly not an isolated incident but a habitual business practice. A close contact of mine recently ordered 3 different pairs of shoes, and all 3 were cancelled for the same reason after several days. It seems Foot Locker habitually sells items they do not have, holding customer funds for nearly a week before cancelling.
Furthermore, their compensation policy is inconsistent. While I was told €30 is the "absolute maximum", the aforementioned contact received a 50% discount for the same error.
They have also completely ignored my formal legal notice (PEC) even after the 7-day deadline. I have now filed formal reports with the AGCM and Altroconsumo regarding these unfair and systematic commercial practices.

No Communication. Still no Refund.

Do yourself a favor and avoid the online website. Shipping is slow, the company ignores your communication, and they do not honor their refund policy. I've been forced to open a complaint through PayPay because I still have not received a refund for my sneakers despite having returned them three weeks ago.order no: 31900390256589529280

I will give 3 star because of slow shipping and no one assist me,.

Satisfied after i recieved the package but the shipping is too slow and no one assist me after i message them,. I ordered two hat from them april 9,. The delivery date is 12 but the delivery has change to 15 when i tracked my package it change again to 17,. but i give a fair review because i like the hat,.

I just bought from the shop in city life and the girls there its extremely unprofessional, I find one shoes with fair price for me and then when I went to casa for payment I founded different price , when I asked her to change the price on the label for the other customers I see very bad smile like just go 😔

Avoid this lot like the plague

Avoid this lot like the plague. They are clueless at best crooks at worst. Placed an order for a pair of trainers yesterday, and money was taken straight away, but got no confirmation email. Queries today but they claim to have no record of my details of transaction, have had to get my banks disputes team involved. Even quoting the Transaction id and ARN number supplied by the bank to let them trace the payment has resulted in a useless response asking for my bank statement. So I will now have to rely on the Bank disputing the payment through Visa to get a chargeback. I think I will eventually get my money back but its a load of hassle. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOT WORST RETAILER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Excellent Footlocker. I just received my order today. I am very satisfied. Quick delivery and very good product for the good price. I don't understand, that when I visited the homepage says malware. I bought 2 pairs of shorts, one of FILA and the other cheap one branded footlocker. They are both in good quality. Delivery was early by a day compared to the tracking I follow. I was satisfied therefore I referred the same thing to another friend. He purchased and everything went well. Nothing to complain.
