Honestly the communication between the company is so bad. I got multiple calls telling me my course had expired or asking if I wanted an extension when I had infact completed the course. I did some units through RPL the first few I sent through Dropbox and they completely lost the units multiple times I explained in the email that it needed to be opened within 2 weeks and they didn’t and then never got back to me about them. The only person I can give positive feedback about is Martina from the childcare department she was able to provide me feedback and answer my questions promptly and was really helpful throughout. Just to top of the experience I was told I would not be given my certificate until I paid of the rest of the course, I hadn’t been previously told this or read it but maybe it is somewhere in the small print I’m not sure and when I was trying to discuss this I was promptly told ‘sorry about that have a nice day bye’ and hanged up on before I could say another word. Pretty unprofessional. I just felt like I was constantly chasing stuff up and I don’t feel like that’s how it should be.
Studying towards a Dental Certificate III with Foundation Education has been a wonderful experience so far, the course is well structured and allows me the flexibility to study anytime around my family commitments with two young children. It has always been easy to get in touch with someone when I had any questions or needed help.
