I received support from an agent called Marie, she was extremely helpful and polite.I was having trouble with plan payments and wasn't sure where to contact, she responded quickly and gave me exactly what I needed. I really appreciate her help.
They only have a 5-day cooling off period after sending you the course (which they don't explain prior, leaving you trapped in the course). All they care about is your money. It is some of the most expensive online RTO/TAFE course within the business. They never check in on their students unless it's about money! They are not flexible whatsoever, especially during placements. It is disgusting how they treat their "students".
The payment process with Foundation education is the worst I have seen! I’m currently with other services and they take out money on a regular basis and there are never any issues.But that’s not the case with foundation education! On 2 occasions they have sent me emails stating that my account is overdue and I need to pay an excess fee but nothing is wrong on my end they just didn’t take the money out!I am paying extra fees and when I call them to make the payment they tell me they don’t know why this is happening and I show them that I have plenty of money in my account and they say sorry we are unsure and you will still need to pay the extra fee! I’m studying and working full time! I do not need this extra anxiety! This has made me reach my tipping point!
