Very unhelpful organization, not happy with it at all, do not use this service (especially if interstate) they are only in it for the money they do not care if you pass. The service is awful (except for Marie, Marie is alright but she is limited in what she can do) at the end of the day it is up to the Faculty whether they want to help you or not and in my experience the Faculty members are not helpful or even that much available at all.It is a shame, but please do not use Education Foundation, they are a waste of time and money I would have rather used a Tafe in my own city (which would have been cheaper anyway) Foundation Education is expensive and out of touch and I rate them very low.Thank you
After reading reviews I decided I’d be better off studying a cert IV in school based education support course in person rather than online. My CA did not seem too happy about this change of mind (the day after I signed up and paid $100 deposit). In the days after I have been attempting to talk to someone at student services and have sent emails asking to withdraw. I’ve heard basically nothing except an automatic generic email. I was told there was a $370 withdrawal admin fee which I don’t even know how I’ll pay that due to personal circumstances. I have now received an email with an invoice telling me I will be billed $4390 on the 25th of March. I just want to withdraw and not feel so anxious about whether I’m going to pay for something I haven’t even started. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional
