If i am refunded by this company i will edit this review. The Queensland Training Ombudsman has contacted FE and organised a refund for me but as yet i have not received the refund from FE.I was pressured to sign up and pay for a $3000 course I only enquired about.I have bipolar and cannot study or re-enter the work force. Foundation Education refuse to refund the $3000 even though my psychiatrist and G.P gave them a letter.The cooling off period was up but I was waiting for a refund for a $500 overpayment I made. I have not recieved any service from them. Jejoman from student resolutions keeps wanting more and more documents on why I can't study. I have contacted Current Affairs, a politician and legal Aid about this money hungry organisation that call themselves an Education facility.Very unethical and uncaring.SCAMMERSDO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION.
My experience about foundation education is to good Curriculum Development:1)Expertise of standard. Understanding of education standards2)Content creation. Ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and material.Student Assessments:1)Formative Assessment. Creating quizzes, observation and activities to monitor so student further progress and more understanding.2)Feedback Mechanisms. Providing feedback to students and parents to support continuous improvement.
SCAM STAY AWAY it’s a crock of s h I t You call for help they don’t get back within 3 days as they said they would I’ve now lost my money I’ve had teachers tell me the workload is to much they don’t care about their students they only contact me when they want money and I’m now trying to leave the course but there are arguing with me I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star at this point
Not clear University. They just push you to buy the course. No support at all.am in trouble with them for last 3 months they solved Nothing. They saying they sent me email with my login details but the email I received no login details. They send me fake screen shot for not email even its for some documents. Am asking for the last month from them to forward the email to me and they didn't. And just keep saying that it was sent once. No proof that it was sent. They are not straight and just want to take your money
I have had a very bad experience with this company. Poor course structure and loads of paperwork just to do the Certificate IV in School based education support. I would rather enrol in a teaching degree than wasting time and money on this course. Worked so hard to complete all assessments but when it came to finding a work placement I was on my own. I thought they would assist students finding placement and also have someone supervise us at the school. I knew it was impossible to complete this course so I gave up and requested them to waive the remaining amount but this company made sure they took each and every penny owed plus gave me so much stress. Please save your time and money and DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL LOCKED IN PAYING $4000 PLUS MORE. One regretted student here Sharing my personal experiences.
I strongly urge future students to think carefully before enrolling in Foundation Education and to consider exploring local TAFE options that offer online courses instead. My experience with this online school has been overwhelmingly negative, and I believe there are better alternatives available.During my studies, particularly in the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, I faced significant challenges. The course structure was difficult to navigate, and the support system was lacking. I encountered numerous obstacles during my placement, which made the entire process frustrating and disheartening.I also want to make it clear that I do not wish to be contacted by Foundation Education. My experience with this institution included unwanted harassment, and I would prefer to move on without any further communication.In summary, I encourage prospective students to reconsider their options and seek out more reputable institutions that prioritise student success and provide a supportive learning environment. Your education is important, and it’s worth investing your time and money in a program that genuinely cares about your growth and development.
