If i could give 0 stars, i WOULD! do not join this course as it is NOT eligible in NSW ! They are so quick to scam you off your money and not help you afterwards. The work load is ridiculous, useless and not doable on placement so the supervisor refuses to sign. ACCC , NSW department of education AND fair work Ombudsman have been contacted! Their company is somehow based in the Phillipines who have people struggling to even communicate in English . I don’t know how this company goes from Brisbane to the Phillipines ? Don’t waste your money or your time !
Warning! This company is running a full-blown money scam! Once you sign up, you only have a 1 week window to back out, or you’re locked into a contract, owing them the full amount, i.e $4,000 for a cert 4 in education support. If you refuse to pay, they will threaten to use debt collectors. This is clearly mentioned in their terms and conditions, they also claim to have the authority to force your bank to pay.Course materials are unnecessarily demanding for a certificate 4 plus they won’t help you secure a workplace experience which is a compulsory requirement for cert 4 education support. After calling them multiple times, all they do is send some emails to schools that are never answered, which means you’re on your own and course will never complete.This is also very appalling this organisation has some sort of association with TAFE, you submit an enquiry to TAFE and you immediately hear back from these guys making people think that they are dealing with TAFE which is not true.All the positive and 5-star reviews of this organisation are fake and you can sense that they are all about enquiries praising some employee for their help, these have been arranged recently to improve the rating. In order to paint a clear picture about them, disregard all reviews that are talking about enquiries and enrolments.
So difficult to work with while doing placement and work placement assessments!! (I am doing a course in education support.)They hardly are flexible when it comes to trying to get the assessments done in a way that can suit my state and work placement organisation/school! (They are based in QLD, using some QLD-based expectations for schools, even if you are in another state.)They leave you on your own to sort out where you will do your work placement and lock the assessments until you have signed forms with an organisation that is willing to take you on. The assessments are FAR from straightforward, in fact are very wordy and confusing, and I'm always finding typos and scenario errors! The assessments are over the top and need a teacher to be there with you to help you do every assessment role play, form and document (which there are heaps of! - too bad if your school has a teacher shortage!)The only good service is over the phone, but even still they are nothing close to what a non-online course teachers would be like. I wish terribly that I hadn't gone to Foundation Education!! Please don't make the same mistake!
Maria C and i was talking few weeks ago about extending my course, today she have given me the most great news i could receive i was able to extend my course before the ending date, i was told what needed to be done and i was able to receive that news, such a relief. Thank you so much for your help Maria!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Poor course structure and little or no response when I needed some assistance.All they are interested in is the course fees. When I expressed my dissatisfaction explaining that I didn't want to continue as I wasn't getting support, I have been hounded with letters of demand.Please do NOT study under this institution.
I needed an extension to the current course I am enrolled in and Jay C made it so easy. He was prompt , professional and so polite answering my queries patiently. Really appreciated that he was on the other end of the line as my go to person today as it made it easy to get sorted especially after a hard day.
