Review Time
I’ve been a loyal Foxy Locks customer for over 10 years, and the quality of their extensions has consistently been outstanding. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with their next day delivery service. I was unaware of the early 4pm cut off time for next day delivery, as this information wasn’t clearly visible on the website. Given the importance of timing for this service, I believe it should be prominently displayed, especially during the checkout process. Unfortunately, my request for a refund on the next day delivery charge was declined. Had I known about the cut-off, I would have opted for standard delivery instead.
Great engagement on Instagram. I didn't love the colour, not a bad match but just not quite what I was looking for. I wanted to write a review though as they were so helpful on Instagram, the quality and feel of the sample was great and I felt well supported with the returns and refund process. Not all companies bother to support when you are returning something so I appreciated it and will be more likely to order from them again and recommend to others. Thanks
Bought the perfume shine spray , thrilled with the smell of this product and how it makes my hair feel . Fabulous stuff , only issue is the bottle leaks badly and it wastes product . Although I usually wipe the leakage with my hands and rub into my skin for the most fantastic smell. Sally Jones
I am very disappointed in the international shipment. I paid for express delivery which is £11 and the package has been stuck with customs with little information for a while now. If you are in Europe and ordering from Foxy Locks in the U.K. do not pay for express there is no point. It just gets trapped and they are incredibly unhelpful. The extensions themselves I have bought once before whilst living in the UK and loved them so no beef with the product. Just don't pay for express, it's a waste of money if you're not in the UK.
So far awful. The shipping is just not worth it. I’ve heard some people have waited over a month or 2 for packages that do not arrive. Customer service isn’t very good. They should be contacting the shipping company but seem a bit lazy to do so. If they were on top of these things or didn’t use dhl. Things would probably be a lot faster. My package was sent out on the 15th. And still no update and it’s the 29th. Reading reviews makes me so disappointed. I really needed this package
The hair colour was beautiful, but the designs of the ponytail was not great. It kept slipping out of my hair and the velcro would not stick very well. I have fine hair and it might have been better to do a thinner ponytail as it was hard to wrap round the base of my ponytail. I have orderd extensions in the past and been very happy but for me I feel I paid a lot of money for this ponytail and won’t be wearing it again. It’s hard to try the pony unless the labels come off and was unable to return.
