I first had Foxy Locks about 8 years ago, and remember the quality being really good - However, now they're even better! The wefts are super sleek and blend in seamlessly to my natural hair. I can barely tell I'm wearing them! I took a guess on my colour match, and I'm happy to say that I got it spot on! I went for the Elegant 20" in shade Cocoa, and they're absolutely gorgeous. Delivery was also super fast! Will definitely be ordering all of my future sets from Foxy Locks ❤️
I got sent a faulty hair extensions case from them and when I asked for my money back, they only offered me a 10% refund. It wasn’t my fault I’d been sent a faulty item but customer service made out it’s how I ‘felt’ about the item. So odd. I couldn’t send it back since I had already taken it abroad with me as gift for someone. I even said I’d be ok with half the money back, but no luck there either. The quality of the product is worse than something you'd find off Ali Express. The customer service felt really off, kind of like it was someone really young and inexperienced handling it. I would avoid shopping here again. If you want hair extension accessories go to Amazon as they will instantly provide a full refund without any of this inconvenience.Edit: I didn’t opt for a 10% refund. It was the only option given. Again. I won’t be shopping here again.
Customer sevice were amazing even before I placed an order. Very helpful when choosing a colour that would be a good match for my hair. (Was perfect match btw). Short delivery time and all items well packaged. Extensions themselves are good quality and I will definitely order from foxy locks again in the future
This is my second time purchasing from foxylocks and it was not as smooth and a complete opposite experience from my last purchase. Tried color matching through email but the color they suggested wasn't even close to what I was. Paid extra for shipping tracking and the tracking number given was a broken link. Still haven't received my package and have no idea where it is.
Great match, I recommend using the colour match service, they did a great job helping me to choose the right colour. I would of never thought it would be such a great match. Also very quick delivery. I have bought from here a few times and will continue to do so.
