Unfortunately, this is the end of Foxylocks receiving my custom.This will probably mean nothing to the company, but after receiving my latest order and not helping to resolve the issue, I will no longer use these company as I believe the product I purchase was not fit for purpose and did not look at all like the images and videos. Rating 2 stars as I have love their products in the past but this latest order has not lived up to expectations. The extensions I received looked and felt ok so I removed from the packaging. I toned them prior to trying on the first time. I had no concerns with the extensions, I have purchased several sets, ponytails etc for several years and never had an issue. After toning I went to try on and I realised how blunt they had been cut. Making it impossible to wear these extensions as they would not blend into my hair cut to the cut. When this was raised with the customer service team they agreed the extensions did not look right, however due to the toning they wouldn't be looking into the matter any further and said if I took them to a hair dresser to cut it wouldn't need much cutting (agreeing they we blunt/choppy) I didn't ask for a refund (I knew that wasn't to be expected as the hair had been toned) but maybe they could have offered a few extra wefts to try and help blend these extensions.
I ordered clip ins from another brand G** hair recently and was very disappointed by the quality, the hair didn’t flow properly as parts of the hair gripped together. They had to constantly be brushed to look good. I went to foxy locks as an alternative as I used to get them years ago. I’m so glad I did. The quality is better than I remember: the hair is bouncy and flows beautifully, not to mention the colour match was spot on. I also got the 18” and they measured a little longer 19.5”. I’ll definitely be sticking with foxy locks from now on :)
Terrible experience, my first initial order, the item didn’t turn up, they made me wait weeks and blamed it on Royal Mail, overall the hair was nice and I made a second order a few months later.Unfortunately didnt receive the same quality of hair, the hair colour looked NOTHING like the colour online and when it turned up it was horrendous, I think they changed supplier or something. Total waste of money !
I bought once in the past before the pandemic and hair was ok. Then bought around feb / March 2024 and paid over $300 for 230G hair and unfortunately after first wash the hair was getting slightly tangled - super disappointed. Why bother to contact them now because it’s not like they will do anything. The shipping took like 2 months or longer too… really bad . How is it justifiable to pay so much and get this type of quality… ?
this was my first time ordering from foxy locks & I'll be a returning customer forsure! this company had amazing customer service- I had questions & they emailed me back within 10 minutes... I was not expecting immediate help but it was very appreciated. I am a professional hairstylist & it is very hard to source good quality hair extensions & these ones are amazing. for the price I'd say this is the best you're going to find. they are super thick all the way to the ends, and are holding up very well so far with minimal shedding, i love the seamless band so much, i have also coloured them & they still feel amazing (other brands that I tried colouring would feel terrible after because they were bad quality) even though i only use 5 volume developer when comouring my extensions. i have nothing bad to say about anything! I'll be recommending this company to all of my clients from now on! shipping was also very fast- about 5 days to Canada.
