AWFUL , pre order wait time is a lie …

i chose the company because my sister reccomended them , sadly it seems they’ve gone majorly downhill . the 2-3 wait times advertised when ordering is a blatant lie , i waited 2 weeks and heard nothing so asked for an update , long story short the 2-3 week wait has turned into 6 weeks and i don’t trust that that is even true , i purchased despite being pre order because there was 2 months before the event i needed the product for and assumed id have plenty of time , now ive got 2 weeks before the event and having to order elsewhere . i’ve heard that their products seem mixed with synthetic hair these days as well which doesn’t exactly go with their advertising remy human hair . awful company that clearly likes to blatantly lie and deceive their customers while being happy to take their money . i’ve cancelled the order and have decided to buy from clip hair as they are similar price and have much better reviews .

Really disappointed with the long wait time

Product was not clearly advertised as being on preorder otherwise I probably wouldn’t have purchased. Then having to wait 7 weeks for them to be delivered was extremely disappointing! Imogen please sort this issue out! I’ve ordered from Foxylocks for years and this is the first time I’ve been really disappointed with the wait time! I sourced other extensions while I was waiting for these to turn up and I will probably not return to buying Foxylocks in the future.

Awful experience

Awful experienceWas waiting weeks for the item.Took about 4 weeks to get the delivery upon arrival the hair item looks completely different ( I ordered latte blonde it barely has any dark tones might as well be platinum tone ) The volumiser is so expensive and does not blend in with my hair at all. It’s very thin and for the price I was expecting a lot better

2-3 weeks? More like 2-3 months!!

Ordered extensions beginning of June ahead of time as I need them this month (August). On their website it says around 2-3 weeks till you get them. Ok wonderful! Not until you get the email confirmation do they tell you it could be sooner or a couple of weeks more. Ok fair enough. 4 weeks went by and I heard nothing… so I emailed. They got back to be quickly stating that it’ll be another couple of weeks and the manufacturer has told them it’s almost ready. I wait another 4 weeks and nothing. So I email again and they tell me basically exacting the same thing. Let’s just say I’ve cancelled my order and gone somewhere else. Their communication is good I have nothing bad to say about that all! However you should not advertise 2-3 weeks when it’s evidently going to be a lot more! More like 2-3 months or longer. I feel very happy that I’ve managed to source extensions elsewhere which I love just in time, but unless you buy from here and it stays the product you want is in stock, I would not bother. 2-3 weeks doesn’t mean a thing. I’ve now read a lot of people’s reviews saying the same thing. I would give one star but I’m giving 2 because they were fast at communicating with me and when I asked for a refund they set that in motion immediatly.

great extensions, SHOCKING customer service

1 star given for the hair extensions because I have always used them and they are great quality and last me ages. But absolutely SHOCKING customer service. I ordered £450 worth of extensions, got told one of the items was out of stock and needs to be pre ordered (not an issue at all, these things happen), was offered for my order to be split, which I agreed to. Haven’t received the other item, 4 emails sent asking for an update on my order all of which have been ignored. Haven’t received the extensions which I ordered for next day delivery in time for the weekend. Would not recommend for customer service, which is annoying as I’ve been a long term customer because I love the extensions.

they won’t let you return a damaged…

they won’t let you return a damaged package that was two weeks late and they give you the complete runaround in the emails. the customer service is horrible and rude and they don’t care about the customers. this is the second time this has happened with this crappy company. buy from bellami or luxy if your in the states much better customer service and better quality hair. josie from customer service has a horrible attitude. i’ve never seen a company that doesn’t accept any kind of returns that are damaged. read the reviews you’ll see for yourself plus my hairdresser said the hair is partially synthetic last time i ordered before this .

Great customer service

I placed an order and had mistakenly overlooked the fine print stating it could take 2–3 weeks for delivery. I reached out to Brigit in customer service, and she responded immediately with a solution, offering an alternative colour that could be delivered within two days. I truly appreciated her prompt, solution-focused approach and the kindness shown throughout our email exchange today. Thank you so much, Brigit!

They sell items that are pre-order but…

They sell items that are pre-order but it doesn’t state pre-order at the time of purchase (screenshots taken as evidence this time as this is the second time it has happened to me). After you paid they tell you they can’t even guarantee that it will arrive in 3 weeks time! This has happened to me TWICE now. They tell you it stated pre-order when you paid for it but it DEFINITELY did not. Suddenly after paying it is listed as pre-order. This is not fair on customers, especially if you’ve paid next day delivery but you will end up waiting several weeks!!!!

FOXY LOCKS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND WAIT WEEKS BEFORE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES. I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I paid extra for next day delivery but THREE WEEKS LATER it is not here! It was NOT a pre order item before I paid for it as I took a screenshot before paying. Foxy Locks tried to lie and tell me it said preorder. I see that many others have given negative reviews of Foxy Locks and had the same terrible experience I have. Do not let them gaslight you into thinking it said PRE ORDER when it did not. This company is deceitful and can not be trusted. They just want your money and don’t care if you have to wait weeks for something that should have arrived the next day. They are a dishonest and selfish company who only care about getting the money.

Quality has gone considerably downhill

I have used this company for several years and always highly rated their hair extensions. However, after waiting near 4 weeks for delivery of my new set... I have been left more then disappointed. For what is usually exceptional quality hair, these extensiona have tangled after only a few uses and have gone incredibly dry and frizzy. I am well aware of the extension guidelines and have worn this brand in particular every day, for years with most sets lasting at least 6 months. I honestly don't see this set lasting more then a couple of months, the quality has certainly changed and with a much higher price tag to match. Unfortunately I think I will be looking to another brand going forward which is a real shame.
