Colours not accurate and goes patchy when you tone

The silver fox colour is not silver has a lot of warmth and when you try and colour/tone them it grabs to certain bits and other bits won’t tone totally wasted my money

these are the best extensions i have…

these are the best extensions i have owned , they are so soft and silky and the colour matched me perfectly, i wear them for 12 hours + a day and i have little to no knots which is amazing compared to clip hair. they were pricey but so worth the money as they look so amazing and make me feel amazing. i wouldn’t buy anywhere else now. i wish the box they came in was bigger and longer so id have a good place to store them but i still think they are my best purchase of the year so far

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Did not receive my extensions, Royal Mail stated the gps tracking shows delivery around my area but could not confirm the address, signature not mine. Foxy locks were a complete waste of time helping resolve my issue and saw me go without after paying £200! Not even a replacement. Avoid at all costs may as well burn your money!

I received my shampoo and conditioner and tried it today it smells amazing and left my hair extensions feeling wonderful. I will be purchasing some more of your products pretty soon .thanks again .

Don’t trust the pre order wait times!

Pre ordered some classic clip in extensions, with a wait time of 2-3 weeks. Eventually after a lot of chasing up for updates they arrived after 2 and a half months. Various excuses were given for the delay, a different excuse every time I queried. When the hair arrived its poor quality and not what I’d expect from a professional extension company. Will never order again and not recommend.

The extensions weren’t looking as good as I thought. Not as smooth, fine hair sticking out the whole length. Milk + Blush is definitely better.

£247 for 20 pieces of hair

Usually foxy locks are my go to place for clip in hair extensions for myself. As I am fitting others hair extensions I usually don’t have time to do my own but I’ve been ill for a while and thought I’d treat myself and do tape ins.i selected medium hair which said 3-4 packs of 20 pieces price £247. this price I normally pay for the clip ins which give me a full head of hair. they arrived today and I can say I’ve never felt more let down! I received a tiny box with 20 pieces of hair and I’d paid £247!! As I buy hair on the regular I know that this price for 20 bits of hair is extortionate!! For years I have recommended this company to everyone and I’ve been a very loyal customer but after receiving todays order I contacted customer service to see where the rest of the hair was and I was informed I’d have to order more hair and the price is £247 for 20 pieces of hair! So say you need 60 for a full head, that’s £741 and that’s before you would pay someone to fit them!! Lucky I can do my own but not for that price!!! Off to the post office to return immediately!!

Disappointed in the lack of support.

I’m really disappointed in the lack of customer service. There has been an order processing through Klarna for £166.50 which affects the total I owe. After speaking with Klarna customer service they explained it’s the merchant that needs to cancel this and remove it. This has been on my Klarna account since 2020. I’ve emailed customer support on Monday with screenshots from my Klarna chat and still haven’t had a response from Foxylocks customer service. I would appreciate if someone to assist me with this as this is affecting my credit score too.

Extensions were great quality and came with a free gift, however did not match my hair colour. Refund was sorted quickly and with great customer service
