The item I ordered was delivered…

The item I ordered was delivered quickly and is great for a wedding gift. The only gripe I had was that Im not tech savvy and somehow had 2 inboxes. I received a message after I had completed the transaction in one box to receive a message on the other inbox that if I checked out now I would get 20% off the oder. As I had already bought what I wanted this was no good to me. I replied and didnt receive a response so I expect its all automated. Real people are needed on these sites.

A great company!

Recently brought a Buy a gift, and can honestly say the service was great. I made an error on my order and they fixed it straight away. I can’t fault them in anyway, and will definitely use this company again.

Good range of choices, not great redemption experience

Good apparent range of experience choices and a smooth purchasing experience. However, when coming to redeem the voucher the experience was pretty poor. Hotel I contacted (using the Smartbox provided contact number) didn't really seem to know what the voucher was and didn't know how to redeem it. Passed on to a separate email contact but, funnily enough, there were no vacancies for the night we needed. Having then had a closer look at what we had bought and the hotels we could choose from I'm not entirely sure that the options are that great value for money. Will use this experience but so far not inspired enough to think about buying another oneThank you Anna for the response. Will drop you an email. Probably should update my profile on here as well so that there is a contact address. :)
