Brought afternoon tea for Two. Downloaded the voucher booked the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea 😊 All very quick and easy no hassle and because it was the first time I had used it I got £10 off so a bargain. Will definitely use again
Not happy.Have been buying the Italian Smart Box for a couple of years.Recently clicked on the link to buy a new one - the link showed the usual restaurants allowed, so I just added to basket and away I went.Only to be told by a friend to check as they are no longer allowing ASK. And as feared, the actual basket voucher states Prezzo, but the link I followed allowed ASK. False advertising if you ask me! I wont be buying anymore from now on.
I tried about 5 times to add a personalised message with my gift. It kept saying “emojis not allowed” despite the fact it was free text. I also paid the extra for next day delivery - waste of money that was! Ordered on Thursday night. It’s still not here!I can’t comment on the experiences, as I am yet to receive the gift!
I love the range of experiences this company use. However, they still have considerable software issues which have not been rectified in the past 4/5 months which involve gifts going to the account holders address instead of a nominated delivery address or if it does go to the gift recipient’s address, it arrives with the account holders name on the package. This has now happened on 2 occasions to me and involved a lot of emailing to ensure correct voucher was eventually sent. This should be a pleasurable, seamless process but this lack of attention to detail in the ordering process would make me think twice about using buyagift again. Seriously need to get this sorted out!
Bought as an Anniversary present for my parents, they are very happy and the look of surprise and excitement especially for from my mum, there is so much choice of hotels throughout the uk, they are looking forward to sitting down and finding one they like and plan and adventure, it was so easy to find and buy what I wanted thank you
