Fubo is FUBAR

Fubo has false advertising, overpriced plans, grainy resolution, and probably the worst costomer service. 1. They advertised $65 off to reactivate accounts to watch Euro and Copa. Those discounts were never given. 2. They charged me $91 per month, and on the last day of the tourneys so they made $182 for only a month of service. 3. They make it so I have to keep clicking 720 res since the default is pixelated. 4. Bots and 1 hour wait times for a human make customer service a joke. Fubo is FUBAR.

Very terrible experience

Very terrible experience. I have subscribed for free trial and canceled literally without using it on 7/14 instead of 7/13 and I was charged $95 without using the service. I called them back and they have the most annoying automated service and I have to hold on the phone for 40 mins to talk to someone. When I explained to him the situation to get refund because I canceled the subscription just few hours after the expiration of the free trial. He refused to refund the money he stole from my bank account claiming that I canceled after the free trial. He also claimed that I had signed a disclosure saying it’s non refundable. I would not recommend this or their free trial to even try.

The Epitome of Incompetence

I tried signing up for Fubo and got a message saying my email was was invalid and that I would need to use another email. Proceeded to have an email conversation with a customer service/tech representative USING THE SAME EMAIL, and was told again by them, in an email TO THAT ADDRESS, that it was not a valid email.If you want to trust this level of incompetence with your money, not to mention trusting these tech geniuses to protect against any hacks involving your personal and payment data, do so at your own risk. But I’m going to move on to another service that can at least realize that an email they’ve been communicating with someone at is indeed a valid email. That doesn’t seem to high a bar to expect an organization to be able to pass if they want my money. Especially considering the strength of a streaming company is, in a large part, supposed to be a technologically sound platform.Blessing in disguise being made aware of this before I signed up, can even imagine what a potential nightmare I avoided.P.S. - In order to post this message, I had to enter a code I received at my “invalid” email, I wonder how I managed to do that Fubo… 🤔

Trouble with ESPN3

The FUBO tech staff were very pleasant and tried very hard to help, but they didn’t solve the problem. I was unable to view a stream on ESPN3. ESPN worked hard on the problem, but finally concluded it was a problem with Fubo. When I spoke to Fubo, they felt it was a problem with ESPN so I was left hanging. I have had this problem with ESPN3 on Fubo on Roku before. I would appreciate an investigation of this problem so that I can avoid it in the future.

It's a scam. Signed up for a free month offered by best buy. Charged 90 bux after using for 2 weeks maybe a handful of times. Very difficult to cancel subscription

Scam Tv basically. Interface is cumbersome and does not flow well. Service is lacking and pricing is ridiculous. Get Hulu or some other streaming service

BEWARE OF BEING CHARGED WHILE IN "FREE TRIAL"

Signed up for a free trial on 7/6/24 got charged for the lowest subscription that was not the "Latino" package. This company uses false advertising to trick you into signing up for a "free trial" only to then tell you that the free trial only is applicable with certain subscriptions. This is NOT clear on the sign up page. Be careful because a 1 month subscription is almost $100 with tax and fees and they won't refund you. Their sign up page is misleading. Canceled this subscription and will never use them again. Customer service did nothing to fix the issue. Also their help center in the platform is all AI - there is no way to speak to an actual human being on the platform using their chat option. You can only choose from their limited options on common FAQs so be sure you call them within their business hours. Customer service is outsourced to other countries as well.

My Experience With Fubo

Great customer Service Fubo has. They always will work with you on Payment arrangements and never just shut your service off. If you dont ignore them and do the rite thing and call them you wont be disappointed ever. They make my life alot easier if I do run into trouble and cant pay on time i just let them no when i can pay and they will put a note in my account and it is that easy. I Reccommed people if you dont have Fubo you should deff give them a chance great customer Service great channel lineup great packages very much affordable for all incomes. Dont get robbed by those other tv Cable providers people go Fubo you wont be disappointed so worth it im a happy Customer and will stay with Fubo for life.Thank you again Fubo.
