Review Time
I signed in Fubo just to see the important soccer games but they just transmite the cheap games on the standard plan. To see the most important games you need to upgrade an pay more than 75 monthly to see the good games. Disappointed and Frustrated !
I signed up for a free trial and was immediately charged $288. I was never given my free trial, seeing as I was charged right away. I cancelled the account immediately, and tried to call customer service for a refund. I was met with a bot and given no opportunity to speak to a real person. After 20 minutes of pressing numbers on my phone to communicate with this bot, I was finally promised a refund. I still don’t know why or how this happened, and it seems I will get no answers. I would not recommend this service to anyone who isn’t completely sure about it, seeing as I was lied to and you get no trial period to decide whether you like the service or not.
When watching tv and click on the "all" tab under the tv apps which are in order of my liking there are NOW ONLY 25 channel apps showing there is no way to go and move through all of the channels I am paying for without getting out of the programing and going to the Guide. I was told this is the "new update" well you need to go back to the "Old" way. This New way is ridiculous. Who ever came up with it should be shown the door. better yet, go back to the beginning a few years ago when you tv viewing experience was great. It had going down hill every time they do an update.
When I signed up, the “free trial” repeatedly said that I would be given lots of notice to cancel my trial. I received an email that said ” your trial is ending soon” with no instructions on how to cancel it. Only when I saw a $79 charge on my credit card did I figure out how to cancel my “Trial”. Once I figured out how to cancel my "Trial" (which was confusing as I could not do it from my phone and had to go to the website on my computer), I used the “contact us” button on their website and chose “refund” from the menus provided in the chat. It said “you qualify for a refund”. I continued replying to the chat to request my refund. When I submitted my request for a refund it said I qualified and my request was submitted (I’m sure sorry I did not take a screen print of that chat!!). I did not receive confirmation of my request via email so that was suspicious. When I did not hear from anyone for a few weeks, I reached out on Facebook to FuboTV. I was told that they had no record of my request for a refund and that I had missed cancelling my trial by 2.5 hours. And on top of that I was charged for a quarterly subscription which I did not request (or it defaulted to quarterly and I did not know I could pick monthly!!) and they would not change it to a monthly subscription. Fubotv sure makes it difficult and misleading for someone to find their way through their process. Do not subscribe to them!!!
SCAM!!!! Do not use, they will sell all your information and use all offshore staff across many countries that all have access to your bank details. They make it near impossible to cancel and to ever talk to someone. They are already in a lawsuit for selling customer data and have 1 star on the better business bureau.
