I really can't even give it a 2 star. This is horrible, they will rob you blind.I received a free trial, I cancelled it because it wasn't fore , no local stations even though it says it does. I cancelled before my free trial was up and they charged my account $91. So I call and tell them that they charged me for my free trial, they were supposed to refund me. I didn't get a refund even calling them several times. The next month charge me $91 again and said they can only cancel it.Watch out there is no free trial they will charge you and when you cancel they will tell you that you didn't cancel and charge you again.
Since we got Fubo last summer, I was able to watch my home channels in a different area code. A glitch sent me back to the channels I don’t want. When I called to switch it back Daniel from customer service told me “yes, I can do that, but I am not going to… I don’t care if you cancel and neither does my supervisor.”***Edit. Called back today and Zeke fixed in less than a minute. Reading other reviews - I guess if you get a bad representative, call back and find a good one.
I has great assistance by your staff person in Mexico on March 10th. Nothing negative about her. I already relied to an evaluation of her.BUT, I was enticed to try Fubo as it was claimed to be streaming the Oscar’s. This was only in the US, not Canada where I am. This was not clear!
