Fubo TV customer support was outstanding! They did what I thought couldn't be done, and within 24 hours. They found movies for me that I thought I had recorded, but due to an issue at The Hallmark Channel, I didn't get them. Outstanding! I'm very happy!
Fubo is horrible. Was looking to change from Hulu due to prices but everything i try to watch on Fubo gives an error message. The few things that did work were very laggy and bad reception. Called customer service and they wanted me to try taking out my HDMI cable and then plugging it back in (on a smart TV, lmao) and then wanted me to try on my smart phone. Overall a horrible experience and guess I am stuck with Hulu.I am running a top of the line alienware PC that runs every game or streaming service just fine, and it isnt compatible? I get the same error message on my smart TV which also runs every other streaming app just fine. And yes the call was disconnected, I hung up after 25 minutes of nonsense including the "technician" asking me to try unplugging and replugging in the HDMI cable to my smart TV (which obviously does not need an HDMI cable".
Hello we signed up for the trial and keep trying to cancel but we have been charged. I went on their website multiple times to cancel and did not get a cancellation notice. When I sign back in it says we have not cancelled. Also, when I go to their website's signin page, Mcafee says this is a malicious site "this site contains potentially dangerous content that could harm your computer. We blocked it so you can continue browsing with confidence".
The initial experience was terrible. Rude and your rep hung up because he could not grasp what I was saying. When I called back I got an experienced rep who understood the issue, determined the problem, fixed the problem and followed through with me to ensure I could login and the problems solved.

This company has no respect for its customers , for some reason they claim my card was declined, on checking with my CC company they advised that there has be no transactions from FUBO so they don't understand how they claim that the CC payment was declined. On contacting FUBO TV they state that their security blocked my card so Im unable to reactivate my account ...Really Fubo!!!!Well there are other Streaming services so Godd luck
