Customer service

Customer service representative was incredibly helpful and understand the situation immediately and was able to resolve my issues. I will 100% be recommending this service to other people and when I need additional programs I will be using Fubo again!

Guide view on iPad

Since the upgrade of the Guide View/interface, using an iPad adds more steps to watch a channel in full screen mode.You need to press the appropriate "gadget" button in order to do the function. You cannot use finger swipes for increase window. Minimizing the windows to go back to the Guide view with a finger swipe downwards sometimes does not work entirely. The windows minimizes but then increases to full screen again. Overall, there are more steps to get to where you want to go.

Easy to get in touch with customer service

I was on a trial basis and they charged my card early. I had decided to cancel and so I got in touch with customer service and they were so nice and refunded my card and it was such an easy experience. Thank you!
