Rick is a genious. After spending several hours trying to figure out how my account got deactivated, Rick solved the problem in 10 minutes. Thanks Rick. But this is not the end of the story. Upon trying to log in all my tvs into Fubo i had to take an additional step to make it work by calling cs. Got Mila. I admit took out my frustration over the last 4 hours on her. She politely helped and made the task easier. She even saved me $400. I ,ove FUBO
I signed up for a free trial and cancelled within the free cancellation period. Without warning they charged my card hundreds of dollars. When I called, the first person pretended to not hear me for 3 minutes until I told him I was recording his nonsense; two persons later I was told two different start and end dates to the free trial and that they are "just like Netflix and get to charge you." What an awful company. Lying and grinding.
The gentleman in tech support was why I originally gave a good rating. He was very understanding even tho he couldn't fix the problem. The problem is that our guide and fast forward was changed and now they are horrible. There's no guide after midnight and the fast forward goes so fast it's unusable.
