Estefany was the most helpful! She was polite, courteous and very understanding of my frustration with my issue. I had an issue with cancellation that didn’t take place and an unexpected charge to my debit card. She helped me quick and efficiently and got my issue resolved. It's important to keep customers satisfied, and FUBO needs to stay focused in helping customers.

Customer support representative was very helpful. I watch basketball and football during play season and put my account on hold when the season is over. FUBO tv needs to keep up the good work keeping customers and resolving problems appropriately. Thank you very much!

I went to cancel my free trial - was charge $359.91!!

I went to cancel my free trial, discovered it was 1 week free trial (it didn't say that) and they charged me $359.91!!!! Be very very very careful, this is a scam!! This is NOT the plan I chose, and they make you pay a quarter at a time with no refunds!! So "cancel at any time" is NOT true!

$99 is really $113

I made the switch to Fubo and the charge for my monthly service was higher than expected. I had to call to figure this out and was informed it was a charge for "local" sports channels. I had signed up for the ultimate plan...and thought that $99 included everything but the taxes and fees. When I called I learned there was a $13.99 charge for these local sports channels. The representative could not explain it very well, and kept saying this is not an add on...it is a fee everyone pays. I asked if he could delete these channels, and I was told that was not possible. I think this is a scam to keep the ultimate plan at $99..when in reality it is more like $113 a month. Taking a look around for another provider.
