FuboTV stops airing shows mid-season! How did it end??

There are two things about FuboTV I hate more than lousy buffering. FuboTV stops showing a program before the season is over! If there are 15 episodes in a season, FuboTV will air 11 of them and then it stops. This happened with "Love without Borders" and "Next Level Chef". I have no idea how those seasons ended. The other frustrating thing is even though I want to remain "logged in", for whatever reason, I get logged out and have to sign-in again. No problem, until I get a message saying my password is wrong, try again. I know my password is correct but I try again and again. Finally I give up and select "Reset your Password". FuboTV asks me for the email address for this account and they will send me instructions to reset my password. I give my email address and FuboTV says, "We do not recognize this email address. Please sign-up for an account". It's incredibly frustrating because for a company who claims they don't "recognize" my email address, they sure do blow up my inbox with ads, promotions, and other spam. Clearly they recognize my email address. I have to email Tech Support and wait for them to respond. Meanwhile, I'm paying for a service I can't access. This happens at least once every couple of months. I've changed my password at least a dozen times in the past 18 months

I pay a yearly subscription

I pay a yearly subscription. Why am I seeing so many ads? And not only did I have to watch one before a game with PL highlights, but unannounced an ad started to play in the middle of it. It’s not acceptable. I don’t get ads watching Netflix or Prime. Why Fubo when I pay for the service?

Honesty is the best policy!

First I would like to say the streaming was okay. But in an effort to cut household expenses I call and canceled in October 2022. On May 29th, 2023 I noticed a charge on the cc 05/2023 from fubotv. A support ticket was opened. I requested a phone call as the queue for incoming calls was one hour. I never received a call even though they said did. Phone log says otherwise. They said no refund because I paused and reactivated. I couldn't access my account it did not recognize my email. The email they had was not a valid email. They told me it was escalated to the fraud department. No further communication. Today I finally got thru to a person who told me fraud sent it back denied. They would not let me talk to a supervisor, would not let me talk to the fraud department, would not give me a reason for denying a refund. They lied to me about calling, charged my cc without authorization and refuse to refund the charge. They stole my money, lied and are cheating customers. Multi-million dollor company playing games with consumers hard earned $ to succeed and increase stock value. Something needs to be done. Their shady practices need to be stopped. NOW.

Don’t Believe the Hype

Been a FUBO customer for over a year now. Streaming service is often ponderously slow and occasionally shuts down. Periodically, our local tv stations disappear and are replaced by other stations a few hundred miles away. Customer Service is fair, at best. Sometimes they are ok. Other times they are completely unable or unwilling to help. Add to that, no TNT, TBS, etc. (thus, e.g., no Stanley Cup Finals in 2023, despite the express written assertion on the FUBO home page that FUBO has “full coverage of … the Stanley Cup Playoffs”, which is an outright falsehood) and the alleged “best” streaming service “for professional sports fans” is not only far from “best” but far from adequate. Not worth the money.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

I wouldn't waste any more time and money on FUBO. Sometimes it works; at other times it takes so long to load that it's not worth the long wait to see if it will ever happen. It ends up being a drain on one's finances and time.

A dreadful experience

Apart from the betting ads which are even plastered on to the screen during games and when trying watch a recorded game. When you put the game on hold it takes a long time to get back to where you left the game. Starting 15 minutes early to bombard you with ads is annoying too trying to get to the start of a game is equally frustrating. You should take a lesson from DAZN. Not a perfect app but at least it works with the person paying for the game and not against the person is what it appears

Don't sign up for FUBO!

I was down in FL last fall and wanted to watch a football game that was being broadcast on FUBO. I signed up for a 1 week trial only to find out that the game I wanted to watch was not being broadcast in my "region." I cancelled the subscription within the 7 day trial period and received a confirmation email regarding the cancellation. About 6 months later, I received an email from FUBO stating that my membership was due to restart in April. I immediately tried to access my account to cancel (again) but the homepage said that my account was inactive. About this same time, I was alerted by my bank that my Visa card had some fraudulent activity on it and that they were issuing me a new card with a new number. I suspected that the FUBO issue may have been the fraud to which my bank referred. Shortly thereafter, I began receiving weekly emails from FUBO stating that I needed to "update my payment information". I disregarded these emails as I had no plans to reinstate my FUBO account. To my surprise, on May 10th and May 25th two charges appeared on my new credit card from FUBO. I have no idea how they were able to charge my new account. I have disputed the charges with my bank and have also filed a complaint with the FTC. I strongly recommend that you do not sign up for a free trial with FUBO. Even though I received confirmation that my trial subscription had been cancelled, they reinstated the account without my consent and began charging my credit card without my authorization. Despite numerous requests, FUBO refuses to issue a refund even after confirming that my account has been inactive for the past 8 months.

DO NOT sign up for anything with this company. Our card was charged for $320 for an account that was made without consent from us. Someone signed up with this account and used our card without our knowledge. As soon as we noticed the charge we reached out and they wouldn’t refund the money. The representative tried to say he could give us $30 off the next months bill. Why would we need money off of it when we don’t use it? This company is fraudulent. I would sign up for HULU. I’ll be sharing this all over my social media platforms! Im wondering how many other people have been scammed by this com.
