Fubo tv is a complete scam

Fubo tv is a complete scam and I will never consider this service again! After a free trial offer I selected to have a notification reminder to cancel sent to me after the end of my trial. No reminder was sent and a few days after my free trial was over I noticed that I was charged $122. I quickly canceled and requested a refund for the remainder of the service and was denied. I was informed that I did not receive a reminder because there wasnt an emial on file which was a complete lie as the representative verified my identity by confirming my email. Very sneaky method to have people rely on a reminder to cancel with no intention of sending them that reminder and then refusing them a refund.

No Stanley Cup Finals???? Most NBA playoffs unavailable????? Why???? NO TNT!!!! Take channels away and raise prices????? That's a crappy business model. Seems like you care more about shareholders and the bottom line rather than YOUR ACTUAL CUSTOMERS.

Fubo offers a 7 day free trial

Fubo offers a 7 day free trial. I signed up for the free trial and was charged $275 on 4/28. It's 5/1 (next business day) I tried to cancel my subscription and Fubo said that I couldn't until he end of the billing period (3 months). I am not using/will not use this service and they use the trial to steal $275 from hard working individuals. I am now going to be late on my mortgage payment by two weeks because of this terrible business practice. STAY AWAY

Very bad experience during important matches

Very bad experience during important games.I am watching Premier League games only and when there is an important game going on, there are always issues with the platform. The channel doesn't load or just buffers every minute. It's not my internet, it's their incapable infrastructure.

Fubo, it looks like you're reading these feedback messages, so I hope you do something about it.Fix the streaming application, at least the Android version. It's a nightmare to use. Use CHATGPT if you want to rewrite it. But help the viewers avoid having to deal with a terrible app, can't navigate, rewind, fast forward, even going to the home page you have to tap twice really fast in the home button so it works. It really is the worst app I have seen for streaming services. And yes, we need it because we want football.

Absolutely worst streaming service I've ever used. Constant buffering, won't connect on my laptop, and terrible customer service. Can't believe the EPL would sell their service to a company that can't technically handle it. Just aweful.

Horrible experience

Fubo charged 300$ despite us cancelling a free trial and refused to refund it. We even went through BofA and tried to fight it but fubo submitted info to BofA to prove that we used fubo ONE time before cancellation. Will never ever recommend this service.

I’ve been with Fubo for approximately a year now and was satisfied.Suddenly my rate per month increased.Fubo added an additional 13.99 Regional Sports charge to my account, a charge that doesn’t benefit me in any way it’s just a cost they passed on to their customers.Now they acting like the Cable Companies, it’s time to move on.
