Review Time
Fubo has now suggested I send an email to their Service Center for further review. After already wasting time on the phone with "tech support" and sending/responding to SIX emails, I don't think so.1. The audio is frequently out of sync.2. The service stopped working. The tech experts couldn't help. The error was allegedly not related to Fubo's streaming service. After several days without service, Fubo advised that their engineers had "made an adjustment" that resolved the issue. In the meantime, I had cancelled the Fubo subscription and switched to a different streaming service since Fubo was inoperable. Fubo now refuses to refund the remaining portion of the month's subscription despite the issue being cause by a glitch in their system.
I have two big issues. It was advertised that as a subscriber I would be able to watch all of the current final season of Yellowostone. That's actually not exactly true.You can watch most of the episodes, but you can only watch the final three at certain dates and times. This was very frustrating. You'd think if you spend roughly $100 on a streaming service you could at least watch the content they advertise having in their library. The second one: when I signed up I was promised I would get an email telling me when I was going to be charged so I could cancel if I wanted to. After the experience above I decided I wanted to. Today I noticed I had been charged roughly $100 to FuboTV. I had not received an email. The email went to my spam. Clever. The emails I got when I signed up did not go to my spam. And I just got an email telling my how sad they are that I canceled. Clever.
If it wasn’t for the only place I can watch Cub games, I’d drop it in a heartbeat. Super slow maneuvering around site. Makes YouTube TV look fast. And very unintuitive. YoutubeTV is way better,Don’t understand why Netflix and Prime work so fast and effortlessly and Fubo is so soooo slow.
First of all, I did enjoy Fubo's content. The problem is I have been very sick and the price was more than I wanted to continue paying.So during one of my chemo treatments I got on their website to cancel my subscription. A very long, confusing process but I was confident I had done it correctly. So I moved onto the next company I needed to contact and make future plans with. I figured that I no longer had an account and all was well until I noticed that they had taken another 90 dollars from my account on June 7th, 2023. Confused again (chemo brain) I went back into Fubo's website and discovered I am an active user of their service !! Sucks, because I never even clicked on the Fubo app as I have moved on to free tv options that suck.So, once again, I went through their cancelling protocl and looks like Im lucid today because it says Im cancelled. But then.......is their system lucid and actually cancelling me ? I guess I will find out when they do, or do not take another 90 out for something I am not using. Ive reached out to them and will wait for their response. And if they see this, please refund the first 90 and dont take it out again !!!!!!I am cash poor right now.
Horrible customer service. Tried to change our cards one time for payment because the date on it expired and they kept blocking our account and would not let us speak to a supervisor. Would not respond when contacted and lied to us about contacting us. We left them and got direct tv streaming service.
We have used Fubo for a couple of years and although we liked it and found it user friendly, the price increase from about $75 to $101 WITHOUT NOTICE is ridiculous! $13.99 a month for a regional sports fee on top of the already $12.51 taxes and fees, is insane. We don’t even watch sports! There are too many options out there to continue with a company that has no regard for their customers pocketbooks. Too bad Fubo, I suspended my services but I’m pretty sure we will be cancelling soon.
Hello, Fubo tv has great service but there customer service is horrible when you try to update your credit card on the website and over the phone through the automated and those options fail they leave you hanging I might have to cancel this account and start a new one all over and loose what i have on the dvr and everything it's terrible. They say it's a security risk if they take the credit card information from customer but companies been doing that for how many years now 1970s into the 2000s come on especially if the technology fails you guys gotta help customers and don't leave them hanging.
I signed up for a free trial so I could watch a football game not being carried on my satellite service. After looking over what they offered, I saw no reason to continue with the service. I assumed that, at some time, I would be sent an email or have some way to cancel the free trial. Instead, 3 months later, I noticed a charge on my credit card for $113.98. I immediately canceled the service, but was unable to get the charge reversed, either with the bank of FUBO.
