They have deceptive pricing tactics

They have deceptive pricing tactics. They say it cost $74 a month they do not tell you about the sports package they add on top of that and with taxes makes it $101 a month. It’s all over the Internet that their price is $74 a month for the pro service which is what I signed up for first bill comes in over $100 a month if I want to pay that kind of money I would’ve kept Directv!!There is no confusion you advertise $74 for the pro plan. Then you go and add on a sports package for another $13 without the person knowing. You should be upfront with that where you have your $74 package shown. You should show or notify the customer of “EXTRA FEES” will be charged for a sports package we don’t want. Not when we get the bill!

I have cancelled my account for 3…

I have cancelled my account for 3 months and am still being charged! I noticed on July 16th ANOTHER charge of $35.72 was charged and called in and explained I had already cancelled. Received a refund. 4 days later I’m charged AGAIN! I calledIn and said that this happened AGAIN! The agent proceeded to tell me that I resubscribed when I ABSOLUTELY wouldn’t and did not! Why would I do that? Common sense should be somewhat of a factor here? The agent refused to take the charges off and refused to take my credit card information off the account at my request! I asked the agent last time on July 17th to do that and he assured me he would. Obviously this was not true or I wouldn’t have been charged again 5 days later. Terrible fraudulent company and I will let everyone I know what kind of company fubo tv is. Never ever again will y’all have my business. I am filing fraud with my bank

Why is there no zero star rating

Why is there no zero star rating. This company is a scam. I have never signed up with this company but I guess someone used my info. I called and explained it to them and they refunded my money and said I would not be charged again. I was charged again the next month. Called back and was told they couldn't refund my money since I signed up again. They are not helpful at all.Update. I was finally granted a refund. No explanation of why I kept getting charged after I called two different times but at least I got my money back a week or so later.

Laggy app, Difficult to cancel

Laggy and clumsy app. I tried to cancel after 6 months and they somehow re-activated my account, charging me for an additional months. Trash service! Switching to DirectTV streaming service.

Fubo is the worst video service I’ve ever usedWe bought Fubo to watch my nephew, who started for the USMNT U-20, play in the U-20 World Cup in Argentina in July.The bad:• Often buffers, then stops.• When it stops, you have to re-start the game! It doesn’t remember where you were. Completely maddening. • You can’t go forward or backward, even something you’ve recorded the day before (or week before).• You can’t pause because if you do, it may freeze.• It’s expensive, around $80/month, and that may be the basic cost. I only got it for watching a coupe of things, so I’m sure we got the lowest package/service we could. The Good• It works sometimes.• There’s no contract, so you can cancel anytime. My advice: find *any* other service or way to watch TV that you can and avoid Fubo at all costs. If there’s no other way to watch something you really want to watch, get Fubo for a month, then cancel.

Fubotv emphasis that you can pause…

Fubotv emphasis that you can pause anytime. I paused one week before premier League ended as my team isn't going to be the champion. Login recently and they put my pause as scheduled on August instead. Why would i pause it on August when EPL season start in August. Called customer service and they realize that i have no activities since May, 2023 but nothing can be done, like refund. Unfortunately, i haven't capture the my screen when i paused that showed my next billing cycle would be in November, 2023. so I paid for 3 months for nothing.Not recommended to anyone...its a scam.

I cannot stand this company

I cannot stand this company, you try to cancel and they instead force you to pause your subscription for six months, and then it will automatically return six months later and they'll charge you a full month. Even if you cancel on day one six months later, they charge you a full month, and the guy I spoke to on the phone was as arrogant as they come, a true jerk off if there ever was one. This scam is their profit margin, and its bulls**t!!!!! They can go to ****....After reading their response, don’t buy into it people… they know what they’re doing…. A reputable company would NOT charge a customer that truly wants to cancel their service. They could’ve charged me for one day, to be fair about it… instead they charged me a full month - for a service I didn’t want…/ not a reputable company, not at all….

Absolutely not. Never again!

I am absolutely furious with FuboTv right now. Whatever you do- DO NOT use their service. I signed up for a free trial in April 2023, cancelled within 10 minutes because they did not have the basketball game I was looking to watch. In June 2023, I received over $400 worth of charges. They tell me I reactivated my account and upgraded some packages. It was absolutely not me. I was still sleeping when I received the “welcome back” email from Fubo, along with the charges on my card. I immediately notified my card company when I woke up, and to this day Fubo still insists it was me. They provided documentation to my credit card company, and the credit card company denied my dispute. Although, the documentation they provided to my credit card company clearly shows activity from an IP address in Seattle (I’m in Wisconsin) - Fubo will not talk to me at all because I’ve disputed it with my credit card, and I’m struggling to be able to talk to anyone at my credit card company to be able to explain that information to them. It is beyond frustrating.
