Review Time
I ordered a bass 2 months ago and kept getting emails about how they had not recieved said item from their supplier, despite the website saying the item was in stock when I ordered, so it had not been dispatched yet. I phoned up a few times in regards to this and the men I spoke to were rude and dismissive; sounded like they didn't even want to talk to me at all and didn't really care. One even put the phone down on me for no reason. After another email saying my item still wouldn't be dispatched yet, I asked for the item to be replaced for one that was in stock, to which they refused and informed me that I needed to pay again as my payment had expired after the first 28 days, and they had not informed me of this whatsoever. So I cancelled the order and will not be dealing with this company again I'll take my business elsewhere. Absolutely appalling customer service.
