I have waited 2 weeks for a delivery which has still not arrived and I have no means of tracking my purchase. This is not satisfactory.

The cable took almost 2 weeks to arrive…

The cable took almost 2 weeks to arrive via the post. Such a cable was needed for the online course software, which also had a two week trial period so i had to pay for that just before the cable arrived. Luckily it works fine. Suggest you include the option for the cable with the piano (some SW courses require MIDI connection) since that took just 2 days to arrive and service was excellent.

Ordered a

Ordered a, in EU quite difficult to find, set of speakers at Gear4Music. Price was competitive and more important, ability to deliver with limited shipping fees. As I added some speaker stands, which would be delivered later, G4M showed the option to deliver the speakers first and handle the stands as second order, directly online before making a payment. Very well expectation management and all delivered as announced.Will definitely order in future with G4M again.
