I bought a pair of monitors and one didn't work. Only one pair left in stock, probably not coming back. I wanted this specific model, that was kind of nowhere else to be found. I called the service number (NL) and explained. The guy reserved the leftover monitors for me while waiting for the item's return. After a week I received a brand new pair of (working) monitors. The guy could as well let me send back the item without doing any effort."Chapeau" for Gear4music service!

Outstanding customer service from beginning to end. The call handler arranged to have a guitar shipped from Germany in time for my son's birthday - it arrived on time, within 3 days. And when we decided to return it, the process could not have been made easier. A simple returns process all via e-mail and a pick-up via DPD. I'm seriously impressed.

This guitar is realy nice.I play with this guitar already 3 weeks and I realy like it. I am just a little bit upsad about one thing hier. I cant get a clean sound from 7th freth E6 / B , but anyway it`s okay for me because I am not using that much this nota. And the rest of this guitar is perfect for this price.
