Review Time
Im going to make this short. Don't bother at all. I spent £1000 and i basically gave it to them for free. If you made this mistake raise a complaint with trading standards and leave negative feedback wherever possible this company deserves the worst i hope the people that work here get the karma that they deserve.
5 star con artist. This company will find any excuse not to pay. Been left without a car for a week without being told any information whats so ever. When i rung up for an explanation i spoke to someone called david who was very ignorant and abrupt. Telling me i can go and hire a car at my own expense if i want. These ppl do not seem to want to help get this issue sorted.Pleases be aware the AA WARRANTY IS A CON!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!
SHOCKINGLY BAD. Called their 0845 number which rang for 15 minutes (at 50 PENCE A MINUTE ! ! ! !), then it rang off. Grrrrrrrrrr !Emailed my claim and got a call back from Sharon to give me 16 reasons why it wouldn't be paid.Not worth the paper it's written on.
They will rip you offThey will not pay for parts and labours . Don't trust them .My car was diagnosed by AA patrol van and later by garage but a guy in claim department didn't read the full report and didn't authorised my full claim.but later I read it to him on phone the full claim but still didn't authorised it. AA don't trust their own Patrol van and don't trust the garage I used . So I am stuck in middle. they will not authorised the full claim. When I complained they asked me to wait for weeks so independent engineer will come and check the my car? Can you imagine to wait for weeks without a car? And even they don't tell you when the independent engineer will come. I don't know which date,what time and in which week ? I explained to them that it's hard for me because I use the car for excess to work and it will be hard for me to pay taxi every day. Plus today the garage told me they can't leave my car on ramp for weeks as they are busy and will use the ramp to fix the other cars. They will not pay for your claim.They tried to find way and excuses to reject the claim.
5 star Scammers. Won't pay a penny and garages on their approved list are actually working for AA. They will book your car in the secleted Garages and will refuse your claim and you will leave with no choice but pay them £150 an hour labour and end up £300 to £450 for nothing. Becuse they won't allow you to go indepandent Garage. That's their trick. Complete Scam. Only buy if want to put your money in Toilet. Best Advice don't waste your money.
cannot believe all the negative comments for AA I have just started my 4th year and had to call them about 3 times they have been fantastic every time new battery fitted x2 electric windows fixed always been on time cant do enough for you I pay just over £300 for year worth every penny knowing I can travel anywhere knowing I can get home safe well done AA would not be without you but you cant please everybody
I purchased an hp spectre from their online store. Really good specs and all but whats the use if it doesn’t even work. Its been 20 days now and after spending 20+ hours on call with hp support, asking for a replacement again and again ive finally managed to send my faulty laptop to their warehouse. But ive been told to wait till January. So thats a month for getting my laptop replaced. I purchased mine in last week of November. Now if you have spare time and patience to call them everyday go ahead and spend your hard earned money.But if you need something reliable and, if you need it urgently, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Hp has wasted alot of my time, and this will be the last time ill be purchasing anything from them. And thats if the replacement i get actually works. Otherwise ill be asking for a refund. Very disappointed.EDIT: Okay. So ive waited another two weeks and i still didn’t get my laptop. Basically its almost been 45 DAYS for replacement of a faulty laptop. And upon calling them again i found out that even 14 days after receiving my laptop HP had not even processed the replacement for shipping back. They now have both the laptop and my money and im stuck 😂I don’t have time to deal with this stupid company anymore. I couldn’t get any work done this past month, and its very frustrating.Save yourself people. Good laptops can be bought from other brands but the customer service can not. Its been a terrible experience and HP has had the worst customer service I’ve seen in my life. Pathetic.

I was charged a restocking fee because I was not given any way to cancel an order immediately! No option on the website to cancel an order. I tried calling customer service and was was disconnected 3 times! I communicated with someone in chat who said they can cancel but got disconnected. I even emailed them. Bottom line the item I was trying to cancel shipped and now I have to pay a restocking fee???
