Good site & process

Good and easy to use site, easy to use and clear process.Due to unforeseen circumstances the person I had booked a camper van from had to cancel my booking, Gaboony sorted the refund and my replacement vehicle request very quickly, swapping the fees I’d already paid towards the new booking instantly. Very impressed with both the lady on the phone who told me what would happen and the speed it was done.
