Good but has some difficulties

In general, I think there are a lot of positives to the platform, however our experience was pretty stressful and cost us a day of our holiday.Our first booking was rejected by the platform due to a quirk with the van's insurance that we could not have known about. Our backup booking was cancelled 2 hours before we were supposed to collect it, with no support for us.Half-way through our break we decided to extend the booking to cover the lost day, which turned out to be impossible and required us to create a subsequent booking (including paying a second deposit) and having to ignore the check-out/check-in process to join the bookings.

Waste of time website.

Repeat requests for use of vehicles but declined for reasons not stated in operators ads.Should not be able to decline for undeclared rules. Amend your ads to stop wasting clients time waiting DAYS for replies. UTTER USELESS SERVICE SO FAR. RIDICULOUS DEPOSITS TOO.As far as your reply reads it seems you have no idea about customer expectations. The ad said a positive to pets under discussion, the reply was a very short NO PETS at all. This isn't the same as under discussion and also was zero about tone as my only previous contact to my review was very polite and informative. Your review reply is an attempt to defer from a poor service and from the time wasting operators.Nothing has changed, still a RUBBISH SERVICE BACKED UP BY IGNORANT CUSTOMERCARE

Poor service and support

We have 2 vans which we are considering renting out on the Goboony platform.We scheduled a call back from them but no one even bothered to call us. Doesn't seem to be a good start so I wouldn't recommend in terms of reliability and customer support

Not as great as cracked up to be

I had set my advert to inactive but when they review it they activate it. Unbeknown to me. I then received a booking which I couldn’t honour and when I cancelled I was charged £95. I also need tk change my insurance to be able to hire out.
