Got sick and diarrhea.It was the wife's birthday so the whole family decided unfortunately to have dinner at the Park Royal restaurant.The service was non existent, the food was tasteless, the meat was cheaply prepared, very little in quantity and not properly cooked and bloody expensive.Not worth the price.Will avoid at all cost.A review might be posted straight after this one from someone praising the restaurant with 5stars this looks like a pattern!!!
Had the book g for 16 people in North Finchley branch the girl called Fatima was extremely rude we booked upstairs and she was insisting us to set down stairs we had special guest we always come here but never again her behaviour was very unprofessional
Finchley branch will not disappoint you! I love this restaurant. The best Turkish meal and the most lovely and friendly staff just makes your time even more joyful. I lost count how many times I went there!! One of the BEST part, they welcome you with the generous amount of complimentary salad. Today me and my friend went and we loved it as always. I asked for chips instead of baked potatoes and he did change it for me. That’s not all, Hussain very happy staff even sorted my parking cost THANK YOU.
Visited last Sunday, price gone up 3rd time in a year, food quality is dropped but mainly customer services was horrible horrible horrible.Staff called huseiyn was so rude and arrogant.We are not going to Chingford anymore and don’t recommend anyone.
I had an incredible experience at this Turkish restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Every bite was a delight.The service was equally impressive; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. A special mention to the manager, Hasan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His warm hospitality truly made our visit memorable.I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing Turkish cuisine and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Not impressed with the service. Very poor and not attentive to the needs of the customer. How can you be the first diners, arriving at 5pm and at least 5 others table get served before you. Time waiting to get the starters 2 hours😳😡And to add insult to injury they didn’t even clear our starter plates before plonking your main infront of you. And not changing your cutlery!!!!Also take into account that we had a pre-booking. The customer and their satisfaction should be at the top of the list. Mangel in Stokenewington all the way!!!!!!And they charge you extra (dine in fee) everytime you order a drink. 😳
