I give Dave and Grange Insurance a 10 out of 5! I got a response quickly after submitting my claim and upon reviewing our damage and sending it to the adjuster (Dave) we had our claim settled the next day. They moved swiftly to get us whole again!
Kevin was awesome to work with. Our barn roof ripped off in the high winds we experienced, and he was able to be at our place within 48 hours from out of state due to magnitude of the weather event. He inspected our roof and worked directly with our roofing team for repairs. Any question I had he always responded immediately. His communication was always very timely and appreciated how important he made us feel.
I’m a 66 year old woman residing alone in my home. On Sunday March 15 th a huge limb fell on my roof. I was so stressed and upset and unsure of what to do. I made a phone call to Grange and in no time at all Michael Farmer from Grange returned my call. He reassured me that everything was going to be fine and guided me through the process with confidence and ease.
