Grange agents were amazing in assisting me through a very difficult, stressful situation. I had the pleasure of working with 2 agents (claudia and nick). Both were incredibly quick to respond and issue payment. Overall, I am honestly amazed at how efficient they were and so grateful for how quickly payments were received. They were truly a lifesaver!
Teresa was so great with my insurance claim when her customer hit my car. She contacted the repair shop, offered a rental and basically made the whole process super easy for me. Great communication and though I don’t use Grange Insurance they and Teresa in particular, were awesome.
My adjuster Mark McCune was very prompt and guided me through the steps required as i am not the most computer savvy person. His response at returning calls and feedback was beyond my expectations.
