Grange Is Top Notch!

From the very start, the first phone call to Tony with Grange was very easy. He asked a couple of questions and then linked me up with an adjuster. Her name is Rachel. The moment Rachel started working with us, she made this process easy & effortless, and I have to say fast. She asked questions that were very easy to answer. She did a lot va text, which is how I operate. She came to the house the very next day. This process was a dream. We've had grange insurance for years now, and we wouldn't switch for anything. Working with Rachel was truly a pleasant experience, and I hope in the event there are future claims. I hope she's the one that we get to deal with.
