Had to file my first claim ever and it went really well. They worked with an inspector and my contractor and made everything very easy. They had an agent available all the time via text, email or phone to explain things to me. Very fair company.
Jalen was our insurance adjuster and during the initial inspection of the damage our house received during the latest storm he seemed to actually care . He took time to go over the entire property and we were impressed with him .
