Mother nature put us in a very unfortunate and stressful circumstance, but our claims representative Nicole Murray made Grange's part of the process absolutely stress free. She showed compassion, explained everything from her end, listened to everything on our end, gave us tips for the future, and we cannot thank her enough. She is definitely a major asset to the Grange Insurance team!
Nat’e and young man was very helpful in explaining the process of our home and what needed to be done and did a very great job, and so did the young man, thank you so much for your help n understanding I was very worried about our home being affected of weather damage. But I am so happy and appreciative of there help. My apologies I didn’t remember the young man name,but they both made me fill better with choosing grange.
Nicole Murry made the process of dealing with this claim much easier than we expected. She was very prompt, and was able to get there while the mitigation process was just beginning. She was very efficient in her analysis. I hope we never have to deal with a claims adjuster again, but if we do, we hope it would be her.
