My agent's name was stephanie and she was phenomenal from beginning to end. To file the claim was very easy online and she reached out the same day or a day later. There was always a sense of urgency, what was needed from me was relayed well, and there was grace given if there was a delay on my end. Stephanie was just very kind, and understanding. I could tell I was speaking with someone who really cared to help me and that made all the difference in the world to me.
I was very pleased with the efficiency and professional way in which my claim was handled. I did not know much about Grange Insurance prior to this incident, but the representative, Jalen, handled my claim expediently and is an excellent representative for Grange Insurance. Would recommend 10/10
Eric Lemkemade made a huge difference in how I was able to deal with and recover from a water damage in my home. On the worst day of my life, he called to speak to me and was very professional, and sympathetic, and was very helpful in more ways than one. After being scammed for a large sum of money, he knew how to handle this kind of situation I appreciate all that he did and will let everybody know that Grange/Integrity insurance is the best insurance company I’ve ever dealt with.
