Grange turned our nightmare basement flooding into a very smooth and pleasant experience. Very grateful we have such a great insurance company. Rob H., our adjuster, was so awesome. Extremely helpful and professional, very prompt and made the whole process easy! Highly recommend Grange.
I'm looking to switch insurances because I don't want to fund Patrick Holmes or Jake at State Farm. Top of the line insurance with $100 deductibles went from $112 for my wife and I and 2 cars to $195 in a years time with no accidents or claims. Grange is coming in at $40 dollars cheaper with same deductibles and $50 less expensive with $500 deductibles. Good job Grange. You're making it hard to continue looking.
We hit a deer in Sept '24 WV while traveling to NC. We called Grange and they said to take to a local body shop. From the beginning the experience with the body shop was bad. I felt immediately something wasn't right with the body shop , i suspected fraud, and kept asking my claims rep what we should do. She never responded. Grange paid over $7000 to fix my car and when I got it back 5.5 months later, my hood cable was severed, parts were missing, and things were not fixed properly. I took it to another body shop and the bill to fix it correctly is over $13,000. Grange will not. help. We were defrauded by the original body shop. Grange clearly doesn't care and indicated that we shoud have used one of their preferred body shops. They did not mention that in our initial call and upon checking there are no preferred body shops in the entire state of WV. Their response is we picked the body shop, so we are just out of luck. They do not care that the body shop committed fraud and that we are left with a now $13k repair bill and a worthless car. The claims rep has been extremely unhelpful and it is impossible to talk to anyone on the phone.
I just completed a claim process with Grange. We had a piece of equipment insured with Grange that was in a fire at a shop on our property. Our homeowner's insurance is with State Farm, so I had to process 2 claims (one with Grange and another with State Farm). Craig Bady from Grange reached out to me within 2 hours of me filing a claim online. He was informative, professional and communicated throughout the process. The claim at Grange was filed, processed and paid within 9 days! State Farm did not reach out to me until 5 days after I filed a claim for the other property and that was after I left 4 messages for my claim specialist. She does not answer her phone and takes 4-5 days to return calls. At almost 2 weeks, I still have not had an adjuster from State Farm come to my property nor will anyone return my calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Grange over State Farm any day!! Kudos to Craig Bady at Grange for making my first insurance claim experience as smooth as possible!!
Recently my husband and I had to endure the chaos of our sump pumps failing during a winter snow storm. We woke up to a half of foot of water in our carpeted basement. Luckily we took out a backup flood policy with Grange and our adjustor Jalen K. made this mom of 5 nightmare evaporate quickly to relief. Thank you Grange and Jalen for explaining everything, coming to our house even though the roads were bad, always answering our calls and random questions. Being honest about our limitations. We truly appreciate you guys.
