I ordered Mobil phone on 4th February 24 delivered on 10th February 24Although it stated delivery direct from there suppliers 6-8 days no tracking details were supplied from grattan or there suppliers just recieved an email after dispatch from grattan stating it would be delivered in the next 2 days
I ordered perfume when it arrived it had leaked out the whole parcel was wet so I contacted Grattan and spoke to pushback and he went through with me to having the order cancelled and refund to having a replacement perfume reorder was really good took all the stress out
I have been with Grattan a very very long time and have always had good customer service if I needed them. I like browsing and seeing what is new in and sale offers they have. As long as you spend £30 there is free delivery. There is no problem sending back something you do not want or it's faulty, but to be honest I don't send things back that often. I am happy that I still shop with Grattan as they are my favourite.
