I have been a customer of Grattan since the 1970s. Mostly the quality of their clothes is good. Returns are easy; that's so important because I don't live near decent shops. Paying monthly is easy to do and their on-line reminders are helpful. The statements are clear. If there ever is a problem they put it right quickly . A company you can trust.
I’ve shopped with Grattan since 1982 and have always been pleased with the quality variety and value of products on offer. Unfortunately the delivery company Evri they use are appalling! Parcels being delivered to the wrong address and never delivered on the day or time allocated. I understand at times there are circumstances where the drivers could be held up but parcels should still arrive on the day stated!
Brought to cooker from them on the 22nd of November 2025 was delivered on the second of the 12th of 2025 it actually blew up in my kitchen on the 15th of the first of 2026 less than two months a month and a half at most I phoned them up to let them know and all I got back was I'm sorry you not got enough credit to buy another cooker I think it's very disgusting then been late payment fee cooker that actually went back before payment was due in January
Wanted new curtains and pole in a room before Christmas. Ordered one day, arrived the next, even though I was not expecting them till Christmas Eve. Very quick! Lovely quality curtains, just the colour I wanted and with thermo lining. And at a bargain price too.Even my daughter liked the colour when she visited us for Christmas. Very pleased.
