Review Time
Like most catalogues some things are overpriced, however if you spend time looking about you will find many items priced similar to sites such as Argos, it would benefit from having a bigger range of electronics particularly pc items like very does, items like hard drives would be a useful addition to there range, especially in an age of data storage that we are now in. That being said I will use this catalogue longterm as there are many items from it that I would buy elsewhere. Major appliance prices such as washing machines etc all seem to be reasonably priced aswell. Some of there tablets and phones are vastly overpriced, but then others arnt. As I have indicated if you spend time looking about you find a few decent p[urchases you can make on it. Overall I would rate it 7/10.
I have had nothing but negative reviews to make regarding this Grattan business. They have taken from me Money that they failed to refund due to an order being cancelled and not sent. Despite numerous emails letters to head office I have NOT received one single response or my postage refund that is in accordance with the T & Cs of Grattan.Terrible disgusting service.
Faulty/damaged item delivered and 4 weeks later still waiting for item to be collected. Appalling customer service. A simple matter has not been resolved, but the amount of this item is still showing on my account. I will not use this company again ever.
I have been a Grattan customer for 30 odd years, just lately I have not been happy with them. Ordering is still really good, but, some items are not being confirmed as having been sent out, so sometimes I do not know if they are out for delivery, not available, or when being delivered. Not happy at all
I ordered Mobil phone on 4th February 24 delivered on 10th February 24Although it stated delivery direct from there suppliers 6-8 days no tracking details were supplied from grattan or there suppliers just recieved an email after dispatch from grattan stating it would be delivered in the next 2 days
