Review Time
Ordered watch but grattan sent me a pair of pyjamas instead immediately rang them and told problem would be rectified and watch reordered. Was told that I would receive an email confirming this, was told this on Thursday 28/11/2024 since then no email or explanation this is clearly your fault but do not rectify the issue
Was invited by email to review latest order from Grattan, so here we are. Grattan itself is great - free delivery and returns and good customer service. Unfortunately, all the dresses in my latest order were ghastly - clingy, thin, lightweight stretchy fabric; shoulder seams which were off the shoulder (don't know who they're made for but most women don't have the massively wide shoulders these dresses had; too short and very very cheap looking indeed. Some were around £100 and most were over £50. Bring back smart, quality tailoring that flatters and fits!
