Loads issues with orders and delays and no updates to keep customers informed had made 4 complaints this year none have been concluded even though the Grattan customer agents say they will get back to you shows ignorance now I get spammed with email asking to give them reviews LOL. I have been finding very good items on Very.co.uk and I have had no issues with delivery or tracking and they are not selling thing on show that they don’t have in stock I’m happy with my agents on Very.co.uk they inform you if not in stock and my account is in good shape.Grattan has a Mens Adidas colour block hoody in Red and blue it’s £48.00 but when you add to basket it’s says ( Email me when back in stock). What a joke breaking trending standard laws I’ve reported this . I would Recommend Very.co.uk to others. they are Reliable and value their Customers unlike Grattan over the last few years I only gave 1 star as do I could write this otherwise I wouldn’t give them a 1
