Small fit

The jacket is of good quality but on the small side and I measure a standard fit for my size and rarely have problems. I wish to return it- I had a collection date of yesterday but Evri did not appear then, nor today. On the whole not great.

I was a customer with Grattan for 25…

I was a customer with Grattan for 25 years , I left several years ago and recently ordered an item for my holidays and paid for fast delivery.The item arrived completely wrong and promised a delivery next delivery I called and was fobbed off so I was let down again .Sadly I will not shop with grattan again .

I cannot access my account on line

I cannot access my account on line. I spoke to Grattan technical department yesterday. I was taken through a procedure to unsubscribe my account and then reinstate it. I went to log into my account a few hours later and am having the same problem. Will need to contact Grattan again. Very disappointed as the system has worked well for years.

Gratton is the present that keeps on giving.

I find Gratton refreshing because they have everything I want or need, and even things I didn’t know I wanted. Ordering is simple and straightforward, and spreading the cost is a great incentive because you can get something costly and still afford the monthly payment. In short it’s the company you need.
