Review Time
I order and telly which got lost in transit so got in touch with customer services whole told me an investigation would need to take place which would take 5 to 7 days. After this time I was told they would reorder but my order was cancelled due to not enough money because they charged my for the telly twice but never bothered telling me they had cancelled it so 6 weeks down the line we still have no telly. This has happened everytime i have order a large more expensive item from this group
I have been a customer of Grattan for many years. Easy ordering, choice of payment options and a wide selection of women’s fashion and home decor. Delivery is usually very prompt. I am disappointed commission is only available on full price items now, although understandable. Now free postage only available over £30 which is a shame.
I have. Shopped with Grattan for over 30 years now , always had good customer service, easy ordering, easy returns , some good bargains, it’s just a shame our commission stopped , I used to save mine up for treats for my self , never had any problems with my account, or goods ordered , if I did , it was sorted out , thankyou Grattan for all your help over the years , I give you a 5 star review 😊
Great to have Grattan to be able to buy from, they have a great variety of choice and they’re prices aren’t bad either, it’s so handy to have, and to get those more expensive items and spread the payments over a few months.I would recommend Grattens to anyone.
